Placement in Spain – Public Relations on Tenerife

Our 4-star partner hotel on Tenerife offers you the opportunity to complete your internship abroad in an international company and gain initial experience in the field of public relations. If you are looking for a career in the tourism industry or want to improve your language skills in English and Spanish, this placement in Spain is made for you! You represent the hotel and are responsible for the well-being of the guests. You will also take care of VIP guests and ensure that the service quality of the hotel is maintained.

The hotel on Tenerife is located directly at a sandy beach in the south of the island. It is very well located and you can do a lot in your free time. The hotel has a large facility with spa area, gym and pools. You will be provided with free hotel accommodation and 3 meals a day during your internship in Spain. You will also receive a monthly payment.

• You work in a 4-star hotel in the public relations department
• Your working time is 40 hours a week and you have 2 days off a week
• Duration of internship: at least 2 months
• Start of internship: immediately or later

• Customer Relationship Management
• Support of VIP guests, incentive groups etc.
• Complaint management in cooperation with the tour operators
• Welcome of the guests at the reception and at the entrance of the hotel restaurants
• Conduct and analyse guest surveys to improve quality
• Giving information about the services of the hotel and about the island

• Pupil, student, trainee in tourism, hotel management, foreign languages, communication, business administration, marketing, management, Public Relations or similar
• Sociable, organized, communicative
• Friendly charisma, structured way of working
• Language skills: English, other foreign languages advantageous

• Free accommodation
• 3 meals per day in the hotel
• Monthly remuneration of 250€
• Permanent contact person on site during your placement in Spain
